Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Med Surg department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
- Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
- Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
- Participate in discharge planning process.
- Graduated from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing as Registered Nurse or Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program as a Registered Nurse.
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
- BCLS certification is required. ACLS preferred.
- Minimum six months as a Registered nurse with Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
