Dermatology Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success in the field of dermatology.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessing skin conditions, connecting with patients, and working in a fast-paced environment with a high patient volume. The role involves providing comprehensive dermatological care, including assessments, treatments, patient education, and potential upselling of cosmetic products or procedures.
Responsibilities:- Assess and diagnose various skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer.
- Perform dermatological procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, and minor excisions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history.
- Educate patients about skincare routines, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Upsell cosmetic products or procedures when appropriate and within scope of practice.
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license and certification in dermatology.
- Minimum of two years of experience working in dermatology practice.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to assess and manage a high patient volume.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to contribute to practice success.
