Job Title: Automation Technical Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled individuals with Active CRAT/CCT certification, RN, or Paramedic/EMT with current ACLS certification to provide ECG technical analysis and communication support in a cardiac telemetry service center.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and analyze ECG transmissions in the cardiac outpatient telemetry service center, generate ECG reports, and notify physicians of critical findings as needed. Review ECG recordings, evaluate for clinical accuracy, and document actions taken. Communicate ECG abnormalities according to physician notification protocols, ensure quality assurance of ECG readings and reports, and assist in activating EMS when necessary. Answer patient calls for recording transmission using the WE CARE approach.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED, Active CRAT/CCT certification or RN or Paramedic/EMT with current ACLS certification, minimum of 6 months of related experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and comfort with computer-based tasks. Knowledge of cardiac medical terminology is also required.

Preferred Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis, proficiency in ECG rhythm interpretation, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment, and strong communication skills.

Competitive salary range of $18.00 to $25.00 per hour.
