  • Collaborate with the General Manager to oversee a team of 40 personnel
  • Manage budgets, recruit and train staff, and oversee supply chain and logistics
  • Direct and coordinate daily laboratory operations to meet production and customer satisfaction objectives

Compensation: The compensation package for this position begins at a competitive base salary, supplemented by bonuses and additional incentives.
