Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Transport Paramedic to join our team at Boston MedFlight. As a Critical Care Transport Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, effective, safe medical care to patients transported by Boston MedFlight.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience as a Critical Care Transport Paramedic, with National Registry and Massachusetts EMT-P certifications. They will also hold ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications, and be required to obtain FP-C certification within 1 year of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide medical care to patients during transport, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  2. Attend regular staff meetings and educational sessions to maintain clinical skills and knowledge.
  3. Maintain certifications and complete documentation as per BMF policy.
  4. Uphold BMF policies and procedures, adhering to safety standards.
  5. Maintain a clean operational environment and retrieve, stock, and clean medical equipment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • National Registry and Massachusetts EMT-P certifications with a minimum of five years' experience preferred.
  • ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required.
  • FP-C certification required within 1 year of employment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid and current driver's license and current US Passport.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and travel unrestricted.
Salary and Benefits
