Job Overview

Position: Test Engineer

Salary: $85,000 - $130,000 Annually, Depending on Experience

ROLE SUMMARY:

  • Karman Space & Defense is seeking a motivated and collaborative individual with outstanding communication abilities to ensure the quality of our products and systems. As a Test Engineer, your responsibilities will include coordinating with various teams, facilitating testing operations, and developing testing apparatus and methodologies.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience in aerospace and/or defense testing environments, particularly in high-pressure mechanical testing
  • Proficiency in programming control systems for testing purposes using LabView or similar software
  • Familiarity with military and commercial specifications is preferred
  • Possession of an active DoD SECRET clearance is advantageous
