Responsibilities- Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of records, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to prevent errors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to quality assurance staff and other teams on quality principles and regulatory requirements.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and projects to drive process improvements and standardization.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or quality auditing in a GMP environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with management, staff, and external clients.
