About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Roadway Engineer to join our Critical Infrastructure team at Parsons. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing transportation infrastructure projects that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and supervise the creation of engineering products that meet customer quality requirements.
  • Apply engineering techniques and analyses to solve complex problems.
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers, and lower-level Engineers.
  • Supervise one or more subordinates and provide input regarding performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field) and 5+ years of related work experience.
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) Certificate may be required.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering.
  • NCDOT project experience preferred.
