**Job Title:** Licensed Practical Nurse for Healthcare
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Protouch Staffing. As an LPN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in long-term care settings.
**About the Job:**
This is a 13-week assignment that requires immediate start availability (ASAP). You must be licensed to practice as an LPN in North Carolina. We offer competitive compensation, including a salary of $$$$$ estimated $83,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring accurate administration of medications and treatments.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Degree: Diploma or Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Current LPN licensure in North Carolina.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in long-term care settings.
