We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to patients with end-stage renal disease. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing dialysis treatments, and monitoring patient vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis treatment, medication management, and lifestyle changes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• At least 6 months of experience in a dialysis setting preferred.
