Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care in an empathetic and compassionate manner
  • Work collaboratively with a team to support patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg settings preferred
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus
