Position Overview
The Registered Nurse is accountable to the Director of Health Care and plays a crucial role in overseeing care personnel to meet client requirements while monitoring client care.
As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
supervising client care and training caregivers.
You will conduct nursing evaluations and oversee care delivery, recognize clinical patterns, implement necessary interventions, ensure the precise administration of medications prescribed by physicians, and adhere to RN Delegation protocols.
Your role will also involve ensuring the seamless operation of daily activities and supporting the office's routine functions, consistently delivering high-quality service to clients while effectively managing, scheduling, and directing care staff in relation to the medical needs of clients.
Important Information Regarding Paid Time Off (PTO):
2 floating holidays and 7 company holidays are provided annually. After completing the initial probationary period, you will qualify for 10 days of Paid Time Off (PTO).
Furthermore, after one year of successful employment, you will be eligible for a total of 15 days of PTO each year.
Please note that PTO does not carry over and will expire at the end of each calendar year.Company Overview
