As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience by providing top-notch customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our operations team in delivering an efficient and effective shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, helping customers locate merchandise, and assisting with the check-out process.
- Assist with receiving and unloading shipments, stocking and displaying merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Support the operations team in delivering an efficient and effective shopping experience by completing tasks such as cleaning, restocking shelves, and processing returns.
- Work independently with minimal direction and follow the daily to-do list to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management or supervisors to support the overall success of the store.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and associates.
- Ability to comprehend instructions, both verbal and written, and follow procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Proven ability to multi-task and meet shift goals and expectations.
- Ability to regularly lift one to five pounds, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Ability to constantly stand, bend, and reach with a moderate amount of manual dexterity.
