Job Title: Commercial Litigation Attorney

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team at EKD. As a key member of our complex litigation practice, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including real estate disputes, contract disputes, and business-related contractual disputes.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy development.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation plans and tactics.
- Manage case files, deadlines, and document production in compliance with legal standards.

Requirements:

- Completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school.
- Successful completion of the Texas Bar exam.
- Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar.
- Effective writer with attention to detail.
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

$75,000-$130,000
