Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our established primary care practice in Monticello, GA. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to drive positive change and deliver high-quality care to our patients.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and certified in a relevant specialty
  • At least two years of outpatient clinical experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner, with a proven ability to work autonomously
  • Comfortable treating pediatric and adult patients, conducting comprehensive health assessments, and developing treatment plans
  • Current, unrestricted license to practice in the state of Georgia or eligibility for licensure
  • Active DEA registration or eligibility for registration
  • Must possess active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or be eligible to enroll
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, preferably Athena
