Family Medicine Physician Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Integrity Placement Group. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing top-tier patient care tailored to each individual's unique needs.

Our client is a leading healthcare provider that offers a comprehensive range of services, including primary care, mental health services, and specialized treatments. We prioritize patient empowerment and implement PCMH best practices to lower healthcare expenses for individuals and communities.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will function as an essential member of our multi-disciplinary care team, providing leadership and direction in a team-based, client-centered approach to treatment. You will participate in the development and approval of care plans and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patients' unique needs and goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices in family medicine

Requirements:

  • Current BC/BE in Family Medicine
  • J1 Visa accepted
  • New grads welcome
  • Valid Pennsylvania Medical License as MD or DO
  • Valid DEA Certificate
  • Experience in primary care/family medicine

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $250,000 and up depending on experience
  • $45,000 retention bonus at the end of your contract
  • Bonus structure based on RVUs
  • Health, vision, and dental insurance
  • CME with $5,000 reimbursement
  • 403(b) with 4% match starts day 1 of employment
  • 3-year contract
  • 23 days of PTO + 7 paid holidays
  • Student loan repayment through NHSC
  • Student loan repayment through the state of PA ($80,000 for 2-year commitment)
  • License renewal and DEA paid up to $1,200 per year
  • Malpractice and all fees paid by employer

  • Relocation assistance up to $12,000
