Job Summary:

Canyon Ranch, a leading wellness lifestyle company, is seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and service in our kitchens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead culinary staff to deliver smooth shifts and exceptional service
  • Manage station breakdowns, inventory, and purchasing to optimize kitchen operations
  • Oversee recipe assembly and ensure quality and accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and procedures

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of management/supervisory experience in a restaurant or hotel, preferably in fine dining
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a related field
  • Serve Safe Manager Certification within 6 months of hire
