About the Position

PATH is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the supply chain strengthening project. The successful candidate will work closely with the state team to provide support for strengthening supply chain management in the state of Madhya Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of public health supply chain management in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
  • Conduct situational analysis and secondary data analysis to identify gaps in supply chain management, particularly in the availability of essential drugs at various levels of health facilities.
  • Support the state team in developing training materials, modules, and resources related to supply chain management in the context of public health.
  • Coordinate multi-stakeholder meetings and workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Develop knowledge products, case studies, and success stories to document and share experiences from capacity-building initiatives.
  • Undertake design, documentation, and report writing to develop technical reports, briefs, and presentations for program deliverables.
  • Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and impact of capacity-building interventions on the performance of the supply chain workforce in public health.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of public health supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver high-quality presentations.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
  • Completed graduation in a relevant field, with a master's degree preferred.
  • Basic understanding of public health supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
