Job Description

As a Registered Nurse 2, you will play a critical role in achieving these goals by providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and providing evidence-based interventions to improve patient health outcomes.

You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes and contribute to the development of quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans that address patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
2. Provide evidence-based interventions to improve patient health outcomes, including medication management, wound care, and education on disease management and prevention.
3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Education and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

* A current RN license in the state of West Virginia
* An Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher
* Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
* One year of RN experience in a hospital setting

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

This role also offers opportunities for professional growth and development, including tuition reimbursement and continuing education support.

Estimated Salary: $72,500 per year based on a 72-hour pay period.
