Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Lowell Community Health Center. As a key member of our pharmacy staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail pharmacy, ensuring that we provide exceptional patient care and customer service.

In this role, you will direct professional pharmacists and paraprofessionals in completing various assignments, including medication dispensing, compounding, and preservation. You will also supervise and coordinate the activities of pharmacy technicians and other employees, as well as assume responsibility for personnel-related duties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy management, with experience in supervising staff and managing day-to-day operations. You will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus benefits including health insurance, company-paid life and long-term disability insurance, 403(b) plan, and flexible spending accounts.
