PRODUCE CLERK

To offer the best customer experience possible while they are shopping your store.
Basic Skills
• Talking to others to convey information effectively.

• Perform a variety of produce duties including cutting fruits and vegetables, culling, cleaning and working produce load

Task
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware.
• Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.
• Wrap produce in correct containers
• Package vegetables and fruits
• Remove trash and clean daily managing one's own time
• Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work.

• Attach identification information to products, items or containers.
• Clean produce and equipment.
• Discuss goods or services information with customers
• Inspect shipments to ensure correct order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventories of products or materials.
• Receive shipments.
• Stock supplies or merchandise.
