Empowered Pilates: A Dynamic Team of Pilates Instructors

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Pilates instructors to join our team at Empowered Pilates. As a Pilates instructor, you will be responsible for leading dynamic and challenging group classes, as well as providing private training sessions to clients of all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach group Pilates classes using a variety of equipment, including Reformer, Springboard, and Exo-Chair
  • Conduct private and semi-private sessions, as well as demonstrations and other additional sessions as needed
  • Ensure a safe and clean workout environment, visually inspecting equipment prior to each class
  • Assist with membership sales and client check-in
  • Build studio revenue by promoting retail and membership sales and services
Requirements:
  • Pilates certification and experience teaching group classes
  • Ability to demonstrate effective group Pilates instruction and a positive, motivational teaching style
  • Punctuality, reliability, and dedication to providing excellent customer service
  • Desire to build a successful business in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
