Empowered Pilates: A Dynamic Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pilates instructor to join our team at Empowered Pilates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Pilates classes to our clients, promoting a safe and supportive environment, and contributing to the growth and success of our studio.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach Pilates classes to clients of various fitness levels, utilizing proper form and technique to ensure a safe and effective experience.
  • Conduct private and semi-private sessions, adapting to the needs and goals of each client.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring equipment is in good working order and safe to use.
  • Assist with membership sales and client check-in, providing exceptional customer service and promoting our studio's offerings.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest Pilates techniques and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Current Pilates certification (full apparatus Pilates Certification with 500+ hours of experience or equivalent is a plus)
  • Experience teaching group classes and working with clients of various fitness levels
  • Ability to demonstrate effective group Pilates instruction and adapt to the needs of each client
  • Energetic, positive, and motivational teaching style
  • Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises
  • Punctual, reliable, and dedicated
  • Desire to build a successful business in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Focus on customer service, including professional and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt and evolve in an ever-changing fast-paced diverse environment
