About This Role

This role is for a Weekend In-Home Visits Nurse Practitioner. You will be working on Saturday and Sunday, 8:00am - 1:30pm, providing in-home visits for sick and well-child care. You will also be available for virtual care throughout your workday.

About You

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner with a magnetic personality who can endear themselves to our patients and families.
