We specialize in emergency restoration and disaster recovery services, assisting clients in navigating challenging situations in their residences and commercial properties. Our commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork is at the core of our operations. We offer competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, and thorough training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct onsite cleaning of structures and contents affected by fire and smoke damage.
- Perform detailed inventory assessments of items for replacement and track contents throughout the cleaning and restoration process.
- Manage onsite packing and manipulation for larger water damage scenarios.
- Set up and monitor odor control devices and deodorization equipment.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to read and adhere to product label instructions.
- Consistent punctuality and a professional appearance.
- Physical capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 70 pounds frequently.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with tasks requiring lifting, squatting, crawling, and crouching.
- Proficient in using mobile applications for job documentation, including notes, photographs, and inventory tracking.
- Capability to inspect attics and crawlspaces as part of the restoration process.
- Must be able to wear respirators when necessary for safety.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old, possess a clean driving record, pass drug screenings, and clear background checks.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a commitment of 40+ hours per week.
