United Business Bank is seeking a skilled Teller to join our team. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.

  • Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries
  • Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals
  • Assist clients with bookkeeping and checking account problems
  • Cross-sell the Bank's products and services
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager or Sr. Regional Branch Administrator

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Teller and Operations procedures
  • Basic understanding of banking products, services, and operations
  • Good communication skills
  • Professional appearance, dress, and attitude
  • Good math skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software package
