Position Overview

The Facility Maintenance Specialist is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of designated areas within the facility.

Compensation and Schedule:

Hourly wage is $15.00

The listed pay represents the hourly range or rate for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, geographic location, and market alignment.

Work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM, totaling 30 hours per week in a part-time capacity.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
  • No educational qualifications required, such as a high school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service
  • One year of relevant work experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of buildings and facilities
  • Adhere to protocols for using cleaning chemicals and equipment to avoid damage
  • Inform management of any necessary repairs or maintenance needs
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and supervisors
  • Comply with all safety, security, and quality standards set by the company and regulatory bodies
  • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, and walls
  • Move items such as furniture and equipment to facilitate cleaning
  • Clean glass surfaces, windows, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions
  • Wash and replace window coverings
  • Collect and dispose of waste
  • Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal and lawn care
  • Sanitize and maintain restrooms
This position is ideal for individuals entering the workforce or returning with limited experience and education.
