Job Title: Room Attendant (RA)

Role Summary:
The Room Attendant (RA) works closely with the Housekeeping Management Team to uphold the cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas, or supports the commercial laundry operations. This position adheres to brand standards meticulously to ensure complete guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest inquiries, special requests, and ensure prompt corrective measures are implemented to achieve total guest satisfaction.
  • Clean and service designated rooms or areas in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  • Monitor laundry supplies and equipment, operate washers and dryers, and manage soiled linens appropriately.
  • Assist with extensive cleaning projects and promptly report any necessary repairs or hazardous conditions.
  • Encourage teamwork, high-quality service, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred.
  • Experience in the extended stay sector is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred, with knowledge of additional languages considered an asset.
  • Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills are advantageous.
  • Able to perform physical tasks including bending, climbing, and lifting items up to 75 pounds.
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: Starting at $17.00 per hour. Compensation may vary based on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
