Key Responsibilities
  • Security and Safety: Maintain security throughout the entire property, ensuring the safety and security of patrons and employees during assigned shifts.
  • Asset Protection: Safeguard Company assets during shift times, including cash handling and inventory management.
  • Incident Reporting: Prepare detailed incident reports in a clear and precise manner, documenting all incidents and near-misses.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to patron inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Emergency Response: Assist in the event of an emergency, including responding to alarms and providing first aid as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum one (1) year of guest service experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. One (1) year of security-related experience preferred.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must obtain and maintain valid licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
  • Background Check: Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and perform physical tasks as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Gaming Industry Experience: Prior experience in the Gaming industry strongly preferred.
  • CPR/AED Certification: Must be able to obtain CPR/AED certification and pass Blood Borne Pathogen training.
Working Conditions

The Security Officer will work in a fast-paced environment, with varying shifts and schedules. The ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations is essential.
