Project Management Director

Wripple is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Director to lead a team of project managers and oversee the delivery of projects from input to delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, workflow refinement, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve high levels of performance and accountability
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project alignment and collaboration
  • Navigate issues with a solutions-oriented mindset and escalate concerns to stakeholders and leadership as needed
  • Administer Workfront, the client's project management tool, including managing new requests, assigning and tracking projects, and managing reports and dashboards
  • Develop and communicate status updates highlighting potential issues and provide recommendations to stakeholders
  • Intake requests within Workfront for 15-20 owned projects and maintain task lists, due dates, and project statuses
  • Assist in making project assignments amongst the Creative and Channel Enablement teams as needed
  • Co-lead a weekly resource-management call between Operations and Channel Enablement leads

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years of project management experience at an agency or in-house team
  • Experience with project/client management in a modern software environment via multiple scheduling systems, including Workfront
  • Strong MS Office and PC skills required
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional projects from concept to completion with multiple clients across different platforms and media formats
  • Strong project management experience and the ability to juggle multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced environment
  • A structured, organized, reliable, and highly detail-oriented person with a quality and results-oriented approach
  • Collaborative team player who excels at building relationships
  • Manage and navigate complex organizational structures and work well with executives at all levels
