Job Title: Senior Support Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Services Manager to join our team at the Mental Health Association. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes growth, independence, and community engagement for participants.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each participant.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication with participants, family members, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including participant progress and program statistics.
  • Promote health and wellness through education, training, and outreach activities.
  • Participate in staff development and training initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and a safe, reliable vehicle.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time, prioritize tasks, and work cooperatively as a member of a team.
  • Good oral, written, computer, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, caring, and compassion.
  • Ability to pass and maintain certifications in medication administration (MAP), CPR, and first aid.
