Private Duty Nurse Specialist for High Acuity Infant Care

Aveanna Healthcare is a leading provider of home healthcare services. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing care to our medically fragile clients.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with infants and be able to provide high-acuity care.
The salary for this position is estimated at $55,000 per year, based on the location and requirements of the job.
Responsibilities- Implement the physician's prescribed plan of care
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
- Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
- Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required, with co-signature from Case Manager
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
- CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
