Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Executive to join our team at the EA Agency / Symmetry Financial Group. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our agency ownership program, which can help you generate a system-driven income of $200K - $500K+ per year.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a guaranteed minimum salary of $50,000+ for part-time agents and up to $100,000+ for full-time agents in the first year. Additionally, you will have access to cutting-edge technology, training and development programs, and a supportive team environment.
