Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead collaborative projects, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and guide initiatives by providing expert insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee specific business projects, ensuring compliance with established procedures, formulating work plans, and addressing complex challenges while maximizing resource efficiency.
  • Review and manage actuarial documentation for financial statements, tax obligations, and insurance compliance, presenting insights to mid-level management.
  • Conduct evaluations of product lines, including financial assessments, reserve calculations, and performance reviews.
  • Develop sophisticated actuarial research methodologies and frameworks to enhance product development and meet regulatory standards.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities through advanced actuarial techniques and analytical judgment.
  • Collaborate with business partners to convert intricate actuarial findings into practical recommendations, ensuring adherence to Actuarial Standards of Practice.
  • Design and enhance actuarial models to fulfill business requirements and support informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of actuarial experience.
  • Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) certification.
