Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and room patients, ensuring efficient patient flow and a positive experience.
  • Update patient medical charts with accurate and timely documentation.
  • Manage phone triage and take appropriate action under the direction of the provider.
  • Administer treatments and procedures in accordance with physician orders, demonstrating technical skills and attention to detail.
  • Provide patient education and personal care to promote comfort and well-being.
  • Process prescription refills under the direction of providers, following clinic protocol.
  • Demonstrate positive interpersonal relationships with fellow employees, managers, and providers.
  • Take direction and initiate actions to ensure seamless patient care, adhering to safety procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 2+ years' experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably certified (AAMA).
  • Medical Assistant experience preferred.
