As the Repair Operations Team Leader, you will oversee a team of adept repair professionals in providing outstanding repair services. Your leadership will be crucial in enhancing productivity, adopting best practices, and nurturing a culture of ongoing improvement.
Key Duties:
- Manage the workflow of the repair center, ensuring effective scheduling and prioritization of tasks.
- Enhance productivity and performance among repair staff, establishing clear objectives and offering continuous support and development.
- Lead initiatives for process enhancement to improve operational efficiency and quality benchmarks.
- Evaluate repair quality and performance indicators, pinpointing areas for enhancement and executing corrective measures.
- Act as a bridge between the repair center and other departments, promoting collaboration and alignment throughout the organization.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience managing teams of 10 or more individuals.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a talent for data-driven decision-making.
- Associate degree in electronics, a related field, or electro mechanics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
