Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Willow ABA Services. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs for clients with Autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with team members to develop client plans and program modifications
  • Implement client accommodations and social skills instruction
  • Provide on-the-job training and program modeling for RBTs
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of client skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction programming

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience working with children, teens, and young adults in a clinic setting
  • Ability to provide supervision for staff in school to become a BCBA
