Responsibilities

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you'll visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care under the direction of Registered Nurses (RNs) and in compliance with physicians' orders. You'll work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid state driver's license
  • A reliable vehicle and automobile liability insurance
  • The ability to drive in all types of weather conditions
  • Dependable transportation and a clean driving record
  • A current license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of employment
