About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Riverside Healthcare. As a Psychiatric LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our outpatient medical practice setting.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care through efficient medical data gathering and accurate medical record documentation.
  • Support medical staff in providing quality care and education to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve patient problems and needs.
  • Administer medications, obtain lab specimens, and perform clinical testing as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of Licensed Practical Nursing.
  • 2 years of LPN experience in a physician office setting preferred.
  • Ability to work in an automated environment and maintain accurate records.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
