Job Title: Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP). As a key member of our Accountable Care Organization, you will provide integrated services to the residents of East Bay, working closely with doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and support staff to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive services at our Health Center, including diagnosis, treatment, referral, and consultation.
  • Work under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide patient-centered care.
  • Mentor NP interns as time allows and contribute to the development of our team.
  • Be licensed by the RI Department of Health as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a focus in Family/Individual Lifespan (APRN/CNP).
  • Have experience in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, with training provided in EBCAP's EMR, NextGen.
