As a Director of Institutional Development at Remington College, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our students' lives by securing funding for our educational programs and services.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing fundraising strategies, identifying and engaging with potential donors, and fostering strong relationships with our community partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet annual financial goals.
  • Research and identify potential individual, corporate, and foundation donors.
  • Solicit major gifts from donors while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Participate in community activities to raise awareness about our college and its mission.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 - $150,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, disability, life, vision, 401K, and flexible spending accounts for full-time employees.
