Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Teller to join our team at Evans Bank. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Develop knowledge of Evans Bank products and services to effectively match solutions to customer needs
  • Work collaboratively with branch staff to achieve sales and service goals, fostering a positive and team-focused environment
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and provide innovative solutions to customers
Requirements
  • Previous banking or customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in banking software systems
