Operations Manager

AZZ Inc. stands at the forefront of metal coating solutions for various structures, products, and infrastructure. We are in search of an Operations Manager to oversee our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct daily production activities through team leaders
  • Work alongside the Plant Manager to set objectives and policies
  • Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards
  • Oversee facility scheduling and workforce planning
  • Track project developments and resolve any challenges
  • Foster relationships with team members and guide junior staff

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience managing profit and loss, plant upkeep, and production timelines
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • 1-2 years of experience in galvanizing preferred
  • Familiarity with Oracle software is advantageous
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable

Educational Background:

  • High School Diploma is mandatory; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred
