Sign-On Incentive: $500

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Assist the Culinary Director in the orientation and training of new team members.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to uniform standards on a daily basis.
  • Familiarize yourself with all policies outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Maintain hygienic food handling practices and uphold sanitation standards in the food service area.
  • Engage with residents during meal times to assess their dining experience.
  • Prepare food and supplies for special events in collaboration with the Executive Director and Lifestyle Director.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions in dining areas.
  • Supervise the proper operation of all dietary equipment.
  • Implement emergency procedures as necessary during your shift.
  • Identify and report any maintenance needs within the facility.
  • Participate in visits from prospective residents.
  • Adhere to regulatory compliance as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Culinary Director or Executive Director.
  • All Culinary Preparation Specialists must obtain and maintain a Serve Safe Certificate.
