Principal Content Designer

Aquent Talent is seeking a highly skilled Principal Content Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design organization, you will be responsible for distilling complex problems into easy-to-understand experiences, creating content that is purposeful for customers, associates, suppliers, and partners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and champion high-quality content that drives the development of foundational tools, frameworks, and resources.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and business partners to positively shape products and foster an inclusive associate experience.
  • Employ your storytelling skills to present your vision and content rationale in a compelling and convincing manner to the wider team and leadership.
  • Identify, define, and implement solutions that go beyond words and integrate seamlessly into the lives of our users.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in UX content strategy/design.
  • A portfolio with UX case studies showcasing your craft, impact, and collaborative process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Design, or similar.
