We believe in individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) work closely with our on-site Speech and Occupational Therapists to determine therapy needs and develop comprehensive programs.

**BCBA Responsibilities:**

Our BCBAs are responsible for:

  • Behavior consultation, including case review, observations, data collection, and progress monitoring
  • Coaching and mentoring staff
  • Direct weekly services to clients
  • Professional development and evaluation requests
  • Training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Collaborating with Occupational and Speech Therapists
