Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA therapy under the direction of a BCBA
  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
  • Engage clients in activities promoting skill development
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment
  • Collaborate with team members for consistency in therapy delivery

Compensation and Schedule:

  • $24-$26/hour
  • Part-time: 15 hour/week minimum
  • Full-time: 30 hour/week minimum

Requirements:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate
  • Attention to detail
  • Well-organized
  • Ability to work effectively with children and families
