About the Position

We are seeking an Autonomous Behavioral Therapist to join our team at All Therapies Support Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using ABA techniques, collecting data on client progress and behavior during each session.
Documentation and Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, including any significant changes in client behavior or progress.
  • Report any notable changes in client behavior or progress to the supervising BCBA.
  • Assist in preparing progress reports and treatment plan updates.
Collaboration and Teamwork
  • Work closely with the BCBA to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision meetings as required.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
Training and Development
  • Attend ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure RBT certification and any other required credentials remain up-to-date.
Additional Requirements
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Hold current RBT certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders is preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to client locations.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and advanced computer knowledge is necessary.
Estimated Salary

$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
