Job Overview

We will provide you with the training necessary to excel as a Field Service Technician. Your role will involve delivering technical maintenance and support to our clients in the field. You will gain the skills needed to troubleshoot and repair Multi-Function Printers and scanners, perform preventive maintenance, and offer exceptional customer service. $20/hr - $27/hr Based on experience

Field Service Technician Responsibilities

1. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair copiers, scanners, and multifunctional printers (MFPs) at customer locations.

2. Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance of all equipment.

3. Respond promptly to customer service requests.

4. Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.

5. Install and configure new hardware and software as required.

6. Offer on-site training to end users.

7. Maintain an inventory of spare parts and supplies.

8. Document customer interactions, service calls, and equipment history.

9. Stay informed about new products and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications for Field Service Technician

  1. Self-motivated and proactive.
  2. Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  3. Mechanically inclined with a knack for fixing equipment.
  4. Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Performance Evaluation

Your performance will be assessed periodically, with an annual review to discuss achievements and future objectives.



Compensation details: $20-27 Hourly Wage
