iSpot is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Strategist to join our team As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and operational excellence for iSpot.
In this strategic leadership role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with company objectives and drives sustainable growth.
With your expertise in data analytics, you will assess performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve the overall customer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with company objectives and drives sustainable growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, customer success, and sales enablement teams to streamline processes and improve the overall customer journey.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Assess performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership. Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM utilization.
- Forecasting & Planning: Oversee revenue and territory planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate financial goals.
- Technology & Systems: Evaluate, implement, and optimize revenue technology stack, ensuring all systems are integrated and aligned with business processes.
- Performance Management: Establish KPIs and performance metrics for all revenue-related functions, regularly reporting on performance and areas for improvement.
- Team Development: Lead a high-performing revenue operations team that drives growth and operational excellence.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $230,000-275,000 MID USD Annually
